Alta- Financial Innovations welcomes submissions from Brokers and Intermediaries on Commercial Transactions (Not Residential).  We work directly with Private Investors, Funds and Specialized Banks.  We don't shy away from the tough transactions, and have the ability to structure financing for complex transactions others may shy away from.  Alta does act as "broker" going direct to private lenders and investors. 

If your Clients are in need of financing, and their project fits the basic criteria  we would be interested in reviewing the request. However we do not work with broker chains, you must have direct contact with the borrower, and we will need to deal directly with the borrower.  In an effort to make sure the deal closes we don't allow the adding of points, we will split our fee 50/50 with you for co-brokering the deal.
